Hi Jazmi,

no article about this on the site. The only things to do it to wrap the mast with a chain and let it hang in the water. It's not the only solution but it the best known

As I don't speak French searching forum is very limited for me so if there is a subject on this matter or some article please point me to it.

Last summer we were caught in a couple of storms on board and there was severe lightning and thunders so I wonder does edel4 has some kind of protection against thunders because the mast and the keel don't seem to be connected.

If not, has somebody tried to do something about that and what?
